COVID-19 UPDATE – ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS 5th January 2021
On 4th January 2021, the UK Government announced additional restrictions. In line with these our showroom is closed and until the current Government restrictions are lifted.
SALES AND QUOTATIONS
We are open to help you plan your forthcoming or New Year conservatory refurbishment project. Our office staff are available during this lockdown period to prepare quotations based on your conservatory design and sizes.
INSTALLATIONS, SURVEYS, AND AFTER-SALES
We can continue to wok in people’s homes by following strict social distancing guidelines and with the conservatory being separate from the main dwelling. We may not be able to work if the conservatory is occupied in any way and to avoid mixing of households.
We are continuing to carry out site surveys where our staff can work safely and avoiding mixing of households.
Please notify us immediately if anyone in your household displays any symptoms or has been in contact with anyone showing symptoms.
The safety of our customers and staff remains our priority and we ask for your understanding if we have to re-schedule any installation or survey work as a result of the current Government restrictions.
